I agree with John and Fred about support but flexible grout is also an option. That grout was specifically designed for these kind of situations.

I agree with Fred.

 

If this is a first floor of the house and it has a basement under it the correct way to fix would be for the customer to have someone come in and add supports under the floor to add support. However if this a second floor of a home then adding supports would not be the answer. Then you would just need to tell the customer they are going to replace grout from time to time.

you can try caulk but that may only be a temporary fix. the tiles are likely to crack
