to remove urethane sealers there are two basic waysThe fast and hazardous way and the slow and safe wayStrippers containing methylene chloride will remove them fast but they are extremely dangerous to useother safe strippers such as Peel Away, 3m Safest strip and Prosoco all have safe strippers but they require a long dwell times...Sometimes over night..I would recommend the slow and safe way.

Not to change subject but can you recommend a stripper that will remove urethane based sealers?

To All Partners,Does anyone know of a good quality stripper to safely remove a tropicial coating known as Behr 985 wet look sealer ( water base) from a limestone floor with quarter inch sanded grout joints on the exterior pool deck? This sealer needs to be completely removed so I can seal it with an impregnating sealer. If anyone has had any experience with something like this or similiar and have aquired any helpful time saving techniques it will be greatly appreciated.Thank youMikeMarble PlusPalm Beach Florida
