what are the stains? concrete? Leaves or what?  That would be the first step.

In conjunction with our conversation today, please accept this assignment to inspect/review damage that remains on the flagstone patio following fire damage repairs.  Attempts to acid wash, power wash, etc have thusfar prooved fruitless and the 
 
  In the meantime, here is his quote, and several photos taken during our reinspection on 10/4/10.  Please advise the proper course for repair and approximate cost as well.
 
Please submit your report/bill to me and we will forward to the company.
