Ray,
First I would suggest that you join the following forum www.dirtygrout.com
tons of good info including the very thing you are asking,
As far as Stripper goes everybody has their favorite I personally like
Bombers from Waxie but really any good stripper will do.
Apply stripper let sit for 15-30 min dwell time is key,but make sure it stays
wet don't let it dry.
Use a weighted floor machine with a water tank(water tank is key) with a
stratagrit stiff brissle brush on the bottom.
Scrub the floor, use your stand up grout brushes for the grout, after the floor
and grout have been scrubbed start releasing water and having your helper use
either your vac or poratble to rinse and vac everything up.
You may need to repeat 1-3x depending how much wax or sealer or mop n
glow they have on the floor, the tiles will strip and resurface but the grout
can be a PAIN....We did one 2 weeks ago went through alot of razor
blades.........
Another thing we have done when stripping multiple times didn't work or was
not possible due to baseboards wood surrounds etc(mask everything off it is
very very messy to strip saltillo) is used our makita with a 120 grit sandpaper
and it will take it right off (you will go through alot of sandpaper but it
works well)
After it is stripped alot of times you will need to color seal.....As far as
the sealer or wax you apply that is up to you.
Hope this helps
