I just found this in my email not sure if anyone answered this. I would have the grout replacement done first. This way if the they scratch the stone you can repair it.  If you go first you will need to tell the contractor that is replacing the grout if they scratch the floor they will need to hire you back to remove the scratches.

I have job to remove the gloss on a marble floor.  Another contractor will be replacing the grout. My question is who goes 1st? The grout replacement or stone restoration? And why?
