Polishing Combination Flooring

How many times have you run into a marble floor with granite inserts? Most of the time the marble is dull but the granite is perfect. The best way to hone and polish a floor like this is to tape off the granite with some good duct tape. I double tape it. As long as you don't use metal bond diamonds, most resin bond diamonds will ride right over the duct tape.
