First question I would ask what have you done to the floors? Did you do any honing or just polish the floors? What polishing process and what products have you used on these floors? There are several ways to polish granite some are better than others .
Please update as to the process you did then I can better answer what you can do to improve the finish.
From a brief description of these product they both appear to leave a residue on the stone so I would say at some point they would need to be removed, I will order in some of these product and test them to see how the effect the stone.

Hi fellas,
Just curious what some of you would say about using MB-8 or SCC's polymeric
Heavy duty stone seal, given these conditions:
I just finished polishing 3,000 ft of residential black galaxy granite, 3
years of wear. It came very nice and darkened up. However , after polishing
it twice the client is not quite satisfied and wants a ridiculous mirror
shine. He has a high speed buffer and the workforce to maintain it. Is
putting this product on a good idea? And does years later mean stripping?
