Thanks John,<div>Our contract covers all of these fume issues, but then who reads these days?  In any event, I am working with the property manager now to better alert the tenants and provide better ventilation.  For what its worth, the only water based color enhancing non-gloss impregnator that I found was Prosoco Color Enhancer WB. If anyone has used this product, let me know what you think.</div>

I would recommend you have a MSDS sheets with you in case the customer gives you any problems. <p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Hi,</p><div><p class="MsoNormal">We have been impregnating a slate floor with color-enhancing sealer and one of the tenants has some serious issues with what they perceive to be fumes.  They may be the kind of tenant that can smell water, but in any event, does anyone have a recommendation for a waterbased impregnating color-enhancing sealer or one that has no perceptible lingering fumes?  For what its worth, we used Aldon SBS sealer on the slate.</p>
