Don<br><br><div><br></div><div>First take a look at the grout and see how sound it is..I take a knife and poke at it to see if it falls apart easy or not.  If not you might want to try a honing powder. If it is falling apart than you may have issues.  You many want to test an small area.  at last resort you can always remove the grout. How wide are the grout joints?</div>

Good morning All:<br><br>I have been asked to bid on 1500 sq&#39; ft of Crema Marfil. It is currently polished and they want it honed. Unfortunately they have used sanded grout. Last experience with this issue, sanded grout,  was not good and I am seeking any options to avoid having a repeat of scratching all over the place. Thanks inn advance.<br clear="all">
