it has to do with the planetary head action. The three heads are spinning at about 800 rpm while the entire plate is going in the opposite direction. This results in a high hone at lower grits.  Faster RPM generally mean higher shine.<br>

<p class="MsoNormal">She call back today and said, it is has too much shine in the counter top  still.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">How can I make it totally flat and no shine at all ?</p>
