how long ago was this grouted, it could be still drying.  Also did the installer seal the stone prior to sealing as he should of to prevent grout bleed, moisture migration and to make it easier to clean.  If he did not it could be moisture,
iron stains from the hard water minerals rec acting with natural iron in the stone or grout bleed.  Best to hope its just moisture and needs time to dry the other may be difficult to remove on a wall.

I hope the picture is clear enough, but this is a honed limestone wall.
Newly installed never used yet. There is a yellow line developing around
some of the grout lines.  It is not on all the tiles and it doesn't go right
up to the grout line.  Any ideas?
