I have been using a new tile cleaning
machine by US products called the Torrent along with a spinner tool for grout
cleaning. Its pricey and a bit to set up but I get the grout clean. It has
adjustable pressure from 400-1200 psi which helps with certain jobs.

Don,
there are several things you can do and here are some tips
1. Don't let your powder dry out..Get it picked up right away. If
you can afford one a Kiavac(www.kaivac.com)
is wonderful for cleaning grout. Its basically a small pressure washer with a
vacuum attachment.
2. You can also use powdered concrete dyes to color your powder.
3. mix some odorless ammonia in your final rinse water. This will help
neutralize the acid in the powder which can bleach the grout.
Now that I think of
it this would have been a good tip for the week..so now you have two for
this week LOL

Good Morning All:
Do not know if this went out last week so I am repeating it. Any ideas
on how to maintain the integrity of grout color when powder polishing? Slurry
always seems to lighten it and cause issues with customers.
Thanks
