Hi Joe:
I have not tried that product. I had a couple of issues with the website you mentioned, so I stop buying there.
One thing I noticed after using marble supreme and this was notice on monthly accounts I have is.
Stone walk ways of high traffic didn't ugly out very fast, actually still looked great after one month. This is to do with the hardening agents it has in the ingredients which is stated on the front label and other good ingredient this company has added. One website read that when most polishing agents take vital minerals out of stone this adds them back in. It also has a stain protection built in.

Other thing I like is it polishes stone fast for being one of the milder polishes I've used.
The only stone type I noted it doesn't polish fast is the white with gray veins in it. So for that type stone I use a hot 5x with about 30% oxalic acid added to the mix. That is if, I have to sand down this stone ,but if I'm just polishing it I'll stick with marble supreme.
Hope this is a help to you.
P.S.
Granite one step polish is out of this world. After being dissatisfied with about 8 granite polished, this was awesome stuff.

Randy,
Have you ever used the Stonecare PRO Signature Marble Polishing Compound http://www.stonecarecentral.com/Marble_Polishing_Compound_p/a-scp-0875776-25.htm . Does the Marble Supreme from Regent work better?
Thanks
Joe

Hi Don:
1. You might try a different polishing product, a little more mild. I have spent many hours trying different types and have been using this product for a couple years with great success .
http://www.regentstoneproducts.com/item_detail2.aspx?ItemCode=MARBLESUPREM This is mild, polishes fast and has a nice smell.
2. I would let your customer know prior to the work that there is a small chance of the grout lines lightening some.
3. You may try wetting the floor with water some before doing the polishing.
4. After keeping customers expectation low concerning the grout, I personally offer at additional cost removing grout and replacing it. It's easy to do.
I hope these points will help out.

Good Morning All:
Do not know if this went out last week so I am repeating it. Any ideas on how to maintain the integrity of grout color when powder polishing? Slurry always seems to lighten it and cause issues with customers.
Thanks
