Looks like Cashmere which is notorious for staining. They will all most likely need poulticing, then seal with a DAMN GOOD impregnator.

Subject: [sccpartners] Stained Granite Countertop
Hi everyone,
I am bidding on about 950 kitchen countertops. They appear to be Granite but might be a composite Granite slab. All are stained with grease and food. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. One of the pictures (005) is of the underside which shows an unpolished area, I could not tell if it was actual Granite or manmade. There only alternative if I can’t restore the countertops is to replace them.
Thanks for your suggestions.
