oh sorry...I agree there is no way that a soft nylon brush is going to damage the grout. The only way that will happen is if the grout is weak .
Fred,They aren't claiming that the chemical is damaging the grout, but that our floor machine and scrub brush is to aggressive for the grout. The stone is brushed polished travertine and the floor machine and brush (nylon maintenance brush) are not even damaging the sheen on the stone, so how could it be too aggressive for the grout?I want them to understand that the way we are cleaning is not aggressive enough to damage grout, we are following standard maintenance practices and if you have grout coming out from light maintenance, the problem is most likely improper installation (cuase it was installed last year) or some other factor.Let me know your thoughts?ThanksOn Fri, Jun 3, 2011 at 8:23 AM, Fred Hueston <fhueston@gmail.com> wrote:
GregProduct claims and looks to be safe. I would say that if she thinks this chemical has harmed her stone , than she should contact ProSoCO.On Fri, Jun 3, 2011 at 2:20 PM, info @surfaceshawaii.com <info@surfaceshawaii.com> wrote:
