look at it this way..You take your car into the shop cause it is making a funny noise. The mechanic puts it on the computer and tells you its going to cost $300 to fix and replace a part. You say OK and come back the next day to pick your car up. At that time the mechanic tells you that it took longer than expected and now the bill is $600. Would you be upset and would you pay the extra amount.
