If you use the Stone Loc plan on cleaning once monthly or once every other month depending upon the traffic.

Even if you use a impregnating sealer twice per month is over kill and the properly management is probably not willing to pay for this type of service.

Or once per month, but plan for two days. If you clean and then wait 2 weeks to come back and seal - you will need to clean again, especially the exterior stone.
I would clean in day 1 and try to seal on day two - only if necessary. You may not need to seal monthly.
