Subject: [sccpartners] loss of black color in granite anyway to re tint black granite?
Customer bought counter top by mail order and was told it was black granite .
She says it never looked shiny, Looked dull.
She went to a home show and bought a cleaner not for stone and cleaned the counter top only to lose some of the black color and looks a bit gray and really dull now.
Some young kid came over and tried to polish the counter top and enhance the stone just in a small spot. See the photos.
Now she is not happy.
I told her that any fix is temporary and I would get back to here for some ideas on how to help her.
She is asking for a re-polish and the black color back and ideas guys?
What to use and where to get it?
