Ken.

Sounds like the start of oxidation,  I would first try RSR 2000  from Aplh a. this product is available from StoneCare Central . if whne you apply this product to the stain if it turns purple it rust.  If toy need to make apoultice up I recommend using Iron out ( purchase from Home Depot or Lowes usually in the Paint Department ) mix up the Iron Out and water as instructed and then mix with the poultice powders  apply to wall and cover with plastic to cover poultice and place holes in plastic and allow to set for 2 to 3 days . Then remove poultice and inspect stain.

You may need to use fuller earth for the poultice powder it will stick on the walls. You can google search for the source for fullers earth.

The pin hole not sure why there are there but will need to be filled .

Hi

This is an issue I see frequently on carrera in showers

I could use some input on carrera shower walls installed about 2 years ago and was never sealed,

There are yellowish stains about three to four inches and vary in shape.i know Its not soap build up.

Maybe some iron content in the stone reacting to moisture but its not really rusty looking or a least not yet.

Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated. Also any good poultice recipes I might try putting on for a

couple of days for this type of problem.

There are some tiny pin holes in some of the tiles maybe about 10 of them each have one pin hole and they are not all

Next to each other. Any thoughts on what might cause this??

Thanks a bunch
