Hi

You do not need a passport but if for some reason you needed to fly out from Mexico on an emergency basis you would want it. And, yes you still have time to get a passport. You can do it expedited. If your trip is within 13 days you can schedule an appointment at the passport office and get it the same day.

Roger No you do not. I call the port  you will need  you original birth certificiate and drivers license. If you are bring a wife and her name is different on her birth certificate and drivers license. She will need her marriage license. You only need a passport if you get sick and need to fly home. But leaving from Tampa and returning to Tampa you do not. Hope this helps.

Hi all,

I'm attaching the Conference Itinerary document. We will be mailing a copy to you directly via postal mail as well.

Please call me if you have any questions at all.
