If you crystallize the concrete after it’s been polished the crystallization will give the concrete more shine and color and give it a wet look provided whoever polished the concrete honed it up high enough and densiflied the concrete prior to completing the concrete polishing.

What are you trying to enhance ? the shine or the color ? if it is the shine crystallize the floor and it will enhance and bring up more shine and may depending upon the concrete add some color.  you can also use a color Enhancing sealer , but it MUST BE an Impregnating  color enhancing sealer. Most Color Enhancing  sealers leave a topical residue. The Stonecare Central color enhancing  sealer is a n Impregnating Seal.
