Need some advice...
First- limestone (light beige, very porous) tiles 6"x2' on a wall for an indoor watefall approx 30' high 12' wide still under construction. Some of the tiles have hairline cracks in them and they also want to know about sealing the tiles. The water will not always be flowing also.
Second- same limestone in the floor, they covered it with cardboard while working. When they removed the cardboard some areas left almost a pink colored stain. What from the cardboard would do that, what should I use to remove it?
Third- black slate countertops that have very faint marks in them and a faint grain. The installers had to redo a seam on the island and carve out an area for a bigger sink. All the areas that they worked on are now a slightly different color, the grain is now very visible and the best way to describe the pattern is that it looks like a brain. Also there are light green spots, that before were very dark and blended in with the stone. The Designer said they were first told they put mineral oil on it after they worked on it, but then were told they only used StoneTech bulletproof. This was done 3 months ago but only recently discovered as the areas was immediately covered in plastic after and the construction is now coming to an end.
