i would just go 70 metals then 50 hybrid, then put your sealer down. You want the floor to have some roughness for the sealer to bond better and the 50 hybrid takes most of the metal scratches out..we did one last summer used epoxy with a urethane sealer after staining the floor...its awesome...there are lots of waterbased sealers out now that are very durable too, that may be all thats needed. We just did one this weekend using the exterior Color juice sealer from Ameri Polish...dries in 30 minutes, zero fumes. not much shine though

Use a polyaspartic, it's a great product and dries in 1 hour.

Hi,
We have been asked to bid on restoring a concrete floor in a night club.  The floor was once stained and polished but has taken a severe beating.  They would like to just have the floor honed flat and sealed, which considering that they need to turn the job around quickly due to nightly performances, would make some sense. I have been thinking about honing to 100 grit resin after 50 metal, 100metal., 200 metal grinding, and and applying an epoxy or urethane finish (clear or opaque).  Does anyone have any other ideas as to a worthwhile product to apply.  Needs to dry fast.

An adjacent kitchen has a similar situation, but the epoxy (maybe) paint is still intact but pretty beaten up. Is there a product that I can apply right to the existing paint without removing?
Thanks,
