If the buildup is heavy use a razor blade to pull off the bulk of the soap provided
You can slide it across the surface.
Them chemically (soap film remover) using hot water and a brush or hogs hair  pad take off the residues.
Hone if needed.
Using polishing compound on the glass may work as final step.

I agree with Fred totally , use Stonecare Central  Heavy Duty Soap & Film remover apply to walls the use a hog hair pad to scrub with spraying the wall with netural cleaner as you work in the Soap & Film remove, then go to an acid based cleaner , hone if needed .

there may be a soap build up over the deposits which is the reason the acid wont work. I would first try a good soap scum remover and than try the acid,  You can always try honing as well..but no matter what you do, test first.

Hi Partners,

Th.is client has a heavy buildup of what appears to be mineral deposits on the shower marble floor & glass tile walls that she would like removed. The shower is less than 5 years old and is in the city on city water.  I tested the floor tile with an acid cleaner, got some fizzing, but mostly ineffective.  Any suggestions on other products to help remove?  Thought about honing the floor with diamonds, but unsure about what to do on walls.  Thanks for any advice.
