depends if it is cementious or epoxy as well. we have one union install company in the midwest, and they are usually in the mid 30's. cement is more labor intensive than epoxy. most of the new installs are epoxy these days ..pour it one day and start grinding the next day. we just bid an install yesterday for 100 year old terrazzo restoration and we have to install 400 feet to match the existing. fun fun
