A couple of important notes:
 
1. Please take a moment to check if you are listed in Google's regional listings. Many of you have top placement (in the regional listings) but as I am checking I am noticing that some are not listed at all. We submit everyone to the regional listings but the confirmation notice comes to your address. If you don't let me know when it arrives (and give me the PIN) we can't complete the entry and it doesn't get in the system.
 
So please take a minute or two to check it out. If you are not listed, find time to call me so we can follow through on getting you listed appropriately. It is a critical aspect of your internet marketing effectiveness.
 
The good news is virtually all of our Partners are getting 1st page listings on the major search engines. StoneandTilePros.com is really helping with that, so make sure your listings are rich with keywords.
 
A significant number of our Partners dominate the web in their respective areas. Our goal is to do everything possible to drive traffic to your sites.
 
2. All of you have asked for a print catalog for the on-line store. The products we carry continually change so we came up with a solution. Our newest staff member, Steve, is collecting catalogs (or tear sheets) from all the various manufacturers and suppliers that make up the products we carry, and compiling a binder with all of them. We'll print out a price list with regular price and Partner discount prices and put everything together in binders for you. Some of you may need more than one. If so, just let me or Steve know. As we add new product lines (remember, it's you guys that determine what we carry in the store) we'll send everyone updates to add to their binder.
 
By the way, if you are NOT taking advantage of your Partner pricing through the store, why not? The store was created to serve the Partners. If there are products that should be there but we aren't carrying, let me know. We understand that for some things it doesn't make sense to buy on-line. (For example something small that you can easily pick up at Home Depot.) But you need tools, diamonds, etc. for your business. You should be taking advantage of your buying privilege.
 
FYI We have identified quality products that we will private label direct from a chemical company for your professional use. This will save you money. I'll keep you informed as we get things in stock.
