Hi.  I recently looked at a project that involves polishing a a 2000 sf area of concrete for a show room and then sealing another 20,000 sf of concrete warehouse floor.  I think I have the polishing part figured out, but am looking for a good sealer for the concrete warehouse floor that will keep help with maintenance and doesn&#39;t require a ton of prep to apply that would be cost prohibitive.  The Owners will clean the floor before turning it over to the tenant.  It doesn&#39;t appear to have any epoxy or other coating on it although there are some areas that look like seepage from some machines.  I am concerned about sealer delaminating etc.<br>
