Yes what are you trying to fix

 

Hard water stains?  Use a marble polishing cream and pig pad.

It the gloss gone due to green pads being used ?  there is company in the midwest what uses a clear coat for regloss.

Is the porcelain chipping due to rust? Time for a new sink. The company in the Midwest has a filler for chips.

I use a  car wheel polishing pad or ball for the inside of sinks then use a porcelain sealer like tekon  cost a lot $$ , looks good  but will not last unless the reseal with the cleaner they sell
