Depends upon the conditions. Sun, rain etc will bake out the
sealer, my recommendation on exterior application you need to re-seal every 12
to 18 months
You may want to try Stone Loc from Richard James chemicals ,
it’s expensive but will last a long time and will allow the stone to
breath. You coverage will be only about 250 to 300 sq. ft . per gallon. Cost of
material around $200 plus dollars per gallon.
