yes it looks like travertine. I would first try scrubing it with a good aklaline heavy duty cleaner. If that doesnt work than the dirt is trapped in the small pores..In this case the floor will need to be honed.<br><br><div class="gmail_quote">

Just wanted to get some opinions on this floor I looked at (pics below) I&#39;m thinking it&#39;s travertine, but I&#39;m thinking it was not sealed well and the dark spots are skin oil from feet, they are making the floor look dirty. I&#39;m guessing the builder did not seal the floor well, it only two years old, the customer just wants it to look clean, any suggestions?<br>
