Believe it or not, its true. The designer specd this stone for the kitchen. Its absolutely beautiful....but if you look at it sideways it will etch. It was installed last winter and I've been back twice to do a full restoration. Don't get me wrong, I love the work but its about an hour and 15 minute ride North for me. Besides, Id like to help this lady out. She's very nice.

I might as well chime in as well. I have a customer with purple onyx on the kitchen. Designer ERROR. she would like something that will keep counters from etching.
Will marble loc do this ??

the key to applying Marblelok is in the preparation. The material must be properly cleaned, properly PH levels and mix up small amounts at a time and apply per the instructions.

What surface are you wanting to apply MarbleLoc to ??

Has anyone tried this? Does it work? How hard is it to apply?
