Yes it will work on walls. The liquid is placed into to repair area , then a piece of plastic is placed over the fill and the filling materials and then using the UV light you will cure the filling material. After the product is uv cured then take a razor blade , hold it up right and scrape off the excess materials to flatten out the fill. Then take the polish that comes with the kit and polish off the fill and your done. This product works great on granite counter repairs. It a clear material and if you need color to blend with the stone simply use a color sharpie that best matches the color of the stone and now the fill hs color to match the rest of the stone.

Have you considered using the Plexus UV system to repair these tiles ? It should work well.

Some Auto Zones have a little scratch removal kit...also eye glass places.
