Guys

If no one will due the job due to the drive I would recommend you charge the customer for a full days work . charging the customer for the drive time if it’s 4hours to drive charge a rate for the drive time and then charge for the actual work or do a flat charge including the drive time. Yes you could be charging for 2 days worth of work and one day is drive time let the customer decide if they are willing to pay you for your time. I really don’t care if my tech is working or driving as long as I get my daily rate.

Hey

Even better idea why don't we go together and kill the day. Anything for a powder room. I guess I just think of everything north of Boston as practically invermont.

Hope you are well

VERMONT

Hi Paul,

I would travel to Vermont for a multi day job but a small bathroom is not going to be worth a 3 ½ hour drive each way

Thanks for thinking / recommending us Paul.   I think you should take this one its only a 4 hour drive each way for you..

better yet drive up and do a free estimate before doing the job just so you can have a look at it so you know if its worth it
