Since you mentioned asbestos, thinking in the safe and compliant mode is there a way to identify asbestos when or if you should come in contact with it. Considering we are in the stone business and could potentially come in contact with if we were working on a older job! Thanks. Maybe a good topic for discussion on a partners call!

they are 1 foot by 1 foot.  very thin hard tiles with no grout.

Hi, I have been asked to look at sprucing up a floor that was installed in a house about 50-60 years ago.  What is this stuff?  It looks likel linoleum or vct, but a sample shows that it is hard and made of a clay substance with some sort of glaze on it.  Wondering if anyone has seen or worked with this.
