Try going to a beauty supply store and get the strongest peroxide you can get. It's inexpensive and might work. It's great for a poultice also.

Does anyone have any suggestion on cleaning this cast stone? Picture 042 is a area that was able to be treated with chlorine and pressure washed. However Picture 027  was another area I tried chlorine and a heavy degreaser with a pressure washier and scrubbed with a power scrubber with a brush.  Nothing seems to work.
