just sealed on last week and used ameri polish sealer. its water based. another good one is decra seal from wr meadows. both you spray down and spread with a microfiber...we have also used terrazine from Hilyards that you just mop down like wax...all pretty easy to use..if its pitted it really needs to be ground pretty good first , but if they dont pay for it.......
