This should be a fun repair job. First you need to make the holes a little bit wider where the hole is the most shallow.
Sand around the holes to determine what the real color of this white cementitious floor is
Then you will need to clear epoxy and work with the your different color tints to get the right color

Here's some great advice.

Make the color first, fill in the holes with the epoxy and chips sand it down. If you are happy with the color match, then have the customer sign off that they approve the color.
This will save you a lot of aggravation in the end. There are a lot of smart marble restoration companies that pass on terrazzo restoration because at time it can be very difficult to get the exact match and make the customer happy.
This should be an easy job because the color of the floor is the same on either side of the repairs
