Mike,
If they can tell you the actual grout they used get some of the same and mix with 100% latex.
Flatten floor and take up to 120 resins.
Float the grout over the joints overfilling slightly let it cure for a few days and remove it with 220 resins.

Hi guys.  I'm doing a flattening of this terrazzo and have the pictured recessed grout to deal with.  There is another area that was flattened and they did a overlay to get the grout flat without grinding to that depth  I'm going to try with white cement with a touch of acrylic, over the existing and see if it sticks.
