I explained to them that I can guarantee the workmanship only but they are looking for written letter. There is no problem with the slate floor, that we stripped, cleaned and sealed never less they are holding the payment until they get their paperwork in place (BS!!!!!!).
 
Do you have any letters or written clauses that I can use? I am tired of this bureaucratic crap.
