Georgia,

I would not recommend using this warranty , it too open and allows too much liability on you. You cannot guarantee the stone for life when all you are offering is cleaning , sealing . you have not address damages such as scratches, etching , cracks holes etc. workmanship is the only thing you can guarantee unless you are doing a maintenance program that includes diamond honing , polishing etc.

I would recommend you re-think this guarantee .

There is no problem with the slate floor, that we stripped, cleaned and sealed never less they are holding the payment until they get their paperwork in place (BS!!!!!!).
