Oh candle wax.
How much is there.scented candles are bad the scents are oils and they stain hearths.
Poultice needed.if that's all they have give them directions.
Stained hearth is small price to pay for all those romantic eves.
Hell I would stain mine for one!
I need to clarify - candle wax is on the hearth not a coating.
