This is something I would suggest you get from a lawyer. The devil is in the details on this ... and you have to be very careful with something like this. We use them for different circumstances. Such as the case if the client has a bird and we suggest the bird be removed before work is completed and they refuse to have the bird removed...we have them sign a general waiver of liability regarding the liability of the issues our services may cause to the bird (birds are extremely sensitive).
