I was looking for suggestions on removing a coating from a Limestone Floor with Granite Inserts. The coating was applied by a large supposedly stone restoration company in my area. They primarily focus is commercial work. I don’t think they crystallized the floor, but it is some type of coating. I thought about taping off the granite inserts and use 180 grit honing powder and then try razor balding it off the inserts. Or possible use oxalic acid on the inserts. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
