The surface is coated however, she is having a big problem with scuff marks. 
When I tried to rub/remove them, they are very stubborn. They budge but only 
with a lot of work. </div>
<div>The questions are, how do I remove the scuff marks ?</div>

do I apply to avoid the scuff problem going forward??</div>
