Did any of you worked on Quartzite stone before? I was asked to refinish Quartzite kitchen countertop that was installed only 8 months ago and is heavily etched. I committed to that with the idea of practicing first on a sample provided by the customer. Last Friday customer informed me that he doesn't have sample anymore. I previously worked on what supposed to be quartzite material but it looked and polished like marble, it was tricky but simple job. This one however looks and  fills differently, more like a granite. Finish is high hone or satin, stone is white.

1. What diamonds should I use?

2. Should that be worked like a granite?

3. Would 800grit honing powder from SCC work on material like that?
