We don't have a check list but we tell them if they run out of something and have to go back to the shop it's on their dime not ours.
They are responsible to have everything in the van before the leave for the jobsite and it must be kept clean and organized.
If they don't do it they will stay at the same pay grade till they get it right.
You have to remember most of the people you hire are only in it for a job, it is very few and far between that will actually want to show incentive to progress with your business
