I agree with John-There are so many variables but I think on a straight forward job(without planetary)-masking, some crack and chip repair,detail work and cleanup depending upon pad drivers used 18 to 30 man hours sounds practical.
I dont think I have ever done 1000 sq ft in a day or will do. I am old and slow!
