There's epoxy stain but it's not a two part. There's also epoxy grout that's a two part system but you shouldn't need to go over it if the tiles are set with it. Clean it with Nano Scrub and you should get the dirt out. Once you mix a two part epoxy you have approximately 20 minutes to get it down because it will set up that fast and the bucket will get so hot you can't hold it.
