Hp is slighly acidic anyway.I think the phosphoric acid is used to stabilize the product.The acid helps mask metals so the hp is less reactive. When you mix your poultice with talc or de the phosporic becomes calcium phosphate. And I think the hp gets neutralized as well.
I am not an expert so please correct me if am wrong.
I am much better at pharmacology.

You can go to a chemical supply house, then one in Orlando I think it call Chemcentral however when buying the peroxide in volume 5 gallons or possibly even 1 gallon container you may need to jump through some hoops. This can be a dangerous chemical in quantity. I would call, years ago we purchased 25 gallon and I know then we had hoops to jump through so I would guess it not gotten any easier.
