I've taken a few carpet cleaning classes and they teach the use of peroxide also. They teach to slow down the bleaching action to use an acid or you can accelerate the bleaching by adding an alkaline.  I wonder why the would sell peroxide with acid in it to reduce its power. Doesn't  make sense.

You can go to a chemical supply house, then one in Orlando I think it call Chemcentral however when buying the peroxide in volume 5 gallons or possibly even 1 gallon container you may need to jump through some hoops. This can be a dangerous chemical in quantity. I would call, years ago we purchased 25 gallon and I know then we had hoops to jump through so I would guess it not gotten any easier.
